How to connect your avatar to ElevenLab's Conversational AI service

Trulience Avatars Fronting ElevenLabs Voice Services

Whilst it is possible to create entire end-to-end, interactive avatar-led conversational services via the Trulience dashboard, you may already have voice-only services set up in ElevenLabs. This integration makes it easy to configure an interactive avatar to front these services.

First, select the ‘3rd Party AI - Conversational AI Frameworks’ radio button on the BRAIN tab. Then select ‘ElevenLabs Conversational AI’ from the drop down as the service provider.

Then you will need to enter the Agent ID form the ElevenLabs dashboard. If optional encryption is set up for the agent service in ElevenLabs, you will need to cut and paste an API key from the ElevenLabs dashboard too.
